From sign-up to your first session.

Open an account

Use an email you control and can recover. It is the address support will recognise as yours, and the only one we will act on requests from.

Fund it

Open the Deposit page and choose a coin and network. Each deposit gets its own address, generated for your account — send only the asset named, on the network named.

The minimum is $100, which opens the Core plan. $500 in lifetime deposits opens Prime and $1,000 opens Private; the thresholds count everything you have ever deposited, not your balance at a moment in time.

Funds credit once the network confirms the transfer. Most arrive within minutes; congested networks take longer, and nothing is lost while it is in flight.

Your first session

It starts by itself as soon as the deposit credits — a 20-minute run, so you see the engine work the same day you join. There is nothing to configure: no strategy to pick, no parameters to set.

Watch the session log while it runs. Every trade appears with its venue and amount, and the balance moves as trades settle rather than jumping at the end.

Your first 24 hours run at triple the normal daily rate, so day one is the strongest day a new account will see for a while. That is by design, not a promotion that might be withdrawn.

Set up security the same day

Enable two-factor authentication in Settings. It takes about a minute, works with any authenticator app, and is required before your first withdrawal — doing it now avoids doing it in a hurry later.

Check the Devices list in Settings occasionally. Anything you do not recognise can be signed out from there immediately.

Where things live

Dashboard: balance, the running session, your limits and the log. Plan: what your tier gives and what the next one would. Deposit and Withdraw: money in and out. History: every transaction. Achievements: tasks that pay real bonuses onto your balance.

Support is the chat bubble on any page, and it reaches a person rather than a bot queue.
