Privacy Policy
What we collect, why, and what we never do with it.
What we collect
Account data: the email address you register with, a hashed form of your password, and your display name if you give one.
Financial data: deposit and withdrawal amounts, the wallet addresses you supply, transaction identifiers, and the record of every trading session and trade run on your account.
Technical data: the IP address a request arrives from, the browser and device it identifies itself as, and the times of sign-in. This is what lets us spot an account being accessed by someone else.
Support data: the messages you send through the chat and our replies, kept so that a conversation can continue where it left off.
What we do not collect
We do not run third-party analytics, advertising trackers, session recorders or heat-mapping tools on this site. There is no Google Analytics tag, no advertising pixel, and no embedded social widget.
The site makes no third-party requests at all when it loads — fonts and every other asset are served from our own domain, so your visit is not announced to anyone else's server.
We do not ask for identity documents to open an account, and we do not collect them unless our AML and KYC policy specifically requires it for a particular case.
Why we hold it
To operate the account: authenticate you, run sessions, credit profit, process withdrawals and answer support requests. This is the performance of our contract with you.
To protect the platform and its users: detect fraud, multiple accounts, and unauthorised access. This is our legitimate interest, and it is also why technical data is kept even when an account is dormant.
To meet legal obligations, including record-keeping and lawful requests from competent authorities.
Who sees it
Our own staff, limited to those who need it for the purpose above. Support operators see your email, balance and account standing when you write in, because otherwise they cannot answer.
Infrastructure providers who host the platform and store its data, under contract and bound to confidentiality.
Authorities, where we are legally required to respond. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers — there is nobody to sell it to, since we do not run advertising on the platform.
How long, and your rights
Account and transaction records are kept while the account is open and for as long afterwards as record-keeping obligations require. Support conversations are kept so history remains available to you.
You may ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete what we are not required to keep. Write to support from the address on the account; we will confirm the request before acting on it.
Deleting an account does not erase records we must retain by law, and it does not reverse transactions already settled on a blockchain.
