Withdrawal Policy
How money leaves the platform.
Requesting
Withdrawals are requested from the Withdraw page and paid to a wallet address you supply. The minimum is $10.
There is no lock-up period, no minimum holding time, and no waiting period between depositing and withdrawing. Your balance is yours to take out.
Check the address and the network before confirming. Blockchain transfers cannot be reversed, and an address typed with an error usually means the funds are gone.
The four conditions
Two-factor authentication must be enabled. This is the single most effective protection against someone else emptying your account, and it is required for every withdrawal without exception.
The account must have at least one credited deposit. Bonus money alone cannot be withdrawn — it trades alongside your balance and becomes withdrawable once the account has been funded.
No session may be running. A session in progress holds withdrawals until it closes, because the balance is still moving as trades settle. Nothing is locked afterwards.
Only one request at a time. Wait for the current one to clear before submitting another.
Review
Requests are reviewed before payout. Most clear quickly. A first withdrawal from a new account, an unusually large amount, or a new address on an established account may take longer.
Prime and Private include priority review. Private additionally gets instant priority handling.
If a request is declined, the reason is sent to you and the amount returns to your balance in full. Declines are not silent.
Network fees and timing
We charge nothing for a withdrawal. The blockchain's own fee applies and depends on the network you choose and how busy it is.
Once we send, the transfer is in the network's hands. A transaction identifier is available so you can follow it yourself.
If something goes wrong
Contact support through the chat with your account email and, if you have it, the transaction identifier. Do not send your password or your two-factor codes — support will never ask for either.
